Before you begin, EVERYONE should log into their Google account so that they can access files on Google Drive. Next, elect a group leader. This can be the same person who led the group in creating and sharing the document for theatre company presentation, OR someone new. This person will be the team leader throughout the rest of this project, though not necessarily head of the organization you are creating. Once a group leader has been chosen, he/she should read through and then follow the instructions below.
After you click on the link at the bottom of this section...
FIRST: Go to the File menu and select Make a Copy... This will allow you to create a copy of the file that can be edited by everyone in your group.
SECOND: Click on the title of the document and rename it: "[YOUR COMPANY NAME] Mission Statement". Click on the blue Share button in the top righthand corner and share the new document with your group members as well as your instructor (email@example.com).
THIRD: Begin work on the assignment. All should view and contribute. This will require thorough and thoughtful discussion in class, and if done correctly, will take at least the duration of the period to complete. Anything you do not finish in class should be done at home.
